Meet the Team
Our Team at Champion Farms
At Champion Farms, we pride ourselves on providing top-tier care and training for both horses and riders. Our team is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming environment where riders of all levels can grow and thrive.
Natalie Dolan
Natalie Dolan is the heart and soul of our facility. As the owner, head trainer, and All-around trainer, she brings years of expertise and a genuine passion for equestrian care and training. Natalie oversees all aspects of the facility, ensuring that horses and riders alike receive the highest quality of service. Her hands-on approach and dedication are evident in everything she does, from personalized training programs to creating a supportive environment for all.
Natalie’s love for horses started early. Though she couldn’t take formal lessons as a child, she rode any horse she could, driven by the "H-gene"—a natural connection to horses. In 1999, she joined the Oklahoma State University equestrian team as a walk-on, where her dedication led her to earn a scholarship and win multiple championships in horsemanship and equitation.
Her passion continued long after her time at OSU. Fifteen years ago, she began training her daughter, Madi, in POA riding. This journey led Natalie to build her own training facility, where she worked with children and horses, achieving over 50 national championships and multiple regional titles along the way.
As the demand for lessons and boarding grew, Natalie expanded her operation into what is now Champion Farms, a luxury, state-of-the-art equestrian center. Today, she continues to offer personalized training programs and remains dedicated to nurturing the love of horses in both children and adults.
